Terra de Fer soup bowl from Ets Debray 1920

Charming earthenware tureen/vegetable bowl from the guadeloupe collection by ets debray saint amand, cream background with blue decor. Hand painted. This model dates from the 1920s, which means it is full of history, it obviously has the marks of more than a century of good and loyal service. Today, despite its impacts on the interior (normal scratches due to use), the wear of the earthenware, its patina and its small manufacturing defects, it remains chic and elegant. The lid has a chip and has been glued back on, visible from the inside and much less visible from the outside, see photos. Very decorative, to be used in kitchen storage as a fruit basket, for aromatic plants or as a planter/flowers on the terrace, diameter 20.5cm, height 13 cm, with lid 19cm, depth 8cm, foot height 5cm, weight excluding packaging 1, 7kg. treat yourself to a piece of french history and bring a touch of elegance and refinement to your decoration.
