Pair of formica stools

Straight out of the 60s or 70s, these two stools with tubular chrome metal legs and Formica seat surrounded by the famous black plastic band, will bring a note of tangy freshness to your kitchen thanks to their pretty sky blue color (grid pattern). fabric style). They are in good structural condition, very stable and solid, the black plastic pads are functional, the black belt still in place. But these two stools do not hide their age and some traces of use: a very small chip on the formica of one of them, the chrome has a slight pitting, and more significant on one of the legs of one stools. Below, I applied a layer of slightly diluted wood glue to the compressed wood. Indeed, often the wood under the formica crumbles, the glue helps stabilize this process. Here, that was not the case at all, no crumbling but I chose to apply this method anyway to ensure many more years of life for these stools. They measure 45 cm in height, the seat measures 27 cm on each side and is 2 cm thick. The base forms a square of 30 cm side. They will be sent by Colissimo in two different packages or one large package, hence the price of delivery.
