Bonbonnière, biot glassware, circa 1970. Signed biot on the back of the lid. Beautiful model in bubbled blown glass in green/yellow color. Full lid with socket, model on pedestal. Work produced in the 60s by the côte d'azur manufacture biot which transforms the glass bubbles then considered as a defect, into a decoration process. Gaseous bubbles are deliberately created in the mass of glass and bubbled glass takes its letters of nobility. In perfect condition. 24 X 12 cm.
