A modernized and restored gold pendant by Vilhelm Lauritzen, made by Louis Poulsen Denmark in the 1960s. The gold pendant was originally designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen for the People's House on Enghavevej – now the Vega concert hall. This is the original version, measuring 36.5 cm in height and 18 cm in diameter, featuring an integrated and patented lifting mechanism that cleverly conceals the excess cable. The collar is in its original matte brass finish. The lampshade was in very poor condition when we found it, so it has been restored and painted white. The Louis Poulsen label is present inside the lamp on the original base. A bulb is included with the purchase (it has a standard E26/E27 base). Securely packaged and shipped with insurance.
