Description
Pair of vintage 3-seater sofas in chocolate leather by Tito Agnoli dating from the 70s. The pillows are filled with feathers, the interior lining is marked poltrona frau. Good condition structure and seats. Dimensions: length: 220 cm height: 85 cm depth: 91 cm. The story of poltrona frau is also that of the many Italian and international architects and designers who have collaborated with the company over the years. Some signed a single project, others gradually built a longer and more constant journey. Tito agnoli. He was born in Lima (Peru) in 1931 and obtained a degree in architecture in Milan. He mainly works as an industrial designer. He was an assistant to Ponti and de Carli at the Faculty of Architecture in Milan and taught at the Istituto d'Arte in Lissone. He was twice nominated for the Compasso d'Oro award and received the gold medal at the Chicago Neocon. He began working with Poltrona Frau in 1974, designing models that achieved great commercial success.
