Antique 18th century monastery table oak with 16 drawers

This unique table, about 250 years old, comes from an old french monastery. The 3 meter long table has a beautiful warm color because of the old oak in combination with the root wooden drawers. The table has no fewer than 16 drawers (8 drawers on each side) and served for 16 people in the monastery. The traces of wear through the footwear of the 16 monks are visible on the oak intermediate beam at the bottom. The top consists of 3 oak planks that taper along with the tree size.
