Space age XL living room lamp in brushed aluminum, France around 1970.

Superb and very rare XL lamp in Space Age style produced in France around 1970. Magnificent brushed and polished aluminum base supporting an imposing cylindrical lampshade made of woven jute, finished at the top and bottom with a chrome ring. The lamp measures 125 cm in total height (45 cm for the base and 80 cm for the lampshade). The diameters are 28 cm for the base and 35 cm for the lampshade. Finally, the electrical cord (plug changed) measures 130 cm in length. In perfect condition, with no shocks or scratches on the base, only a halo and 2 or 3 black spots on the lampshade at the back (see last photos), which do not affect the overall aesthetics (they even disappear when the lamp is lit). This superb lamp can be placed on the floor or on a piece of furniture and will be a remarkable piece of your decor. Not to be missed!!! For logistical reasons, postal shipping is not offered for this item.
