Pair of Art Deco deer by Charles Lemanceau in red and green ceramic.

A very beautiful pair of deer signed by Charles Lemanceau, in glazed ceramic, one in deep green and the other in burgundy red, enhanced with delicate golden highlights. Both sculptures bear the Lemanceau signature on the base. Their elongated and stylised lines are characteristic of the Art Deco aesthetic. The two pieces are in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks, or visible restoration. A very beautiful decorative set, rare to find as a pair in these two complementary colours. Sold only as a set.
