Lucien Gau House Ceiling Light

Large and beautiful vintage ceiling light, Lucien Gay, model 660/25. In metal and crystal effect cut glass from the famous Lucien Gau house. Maison Lucien Gau is famous for providing lights in museums, operas, theaters in Paris and in luxury homes and hotels around the world. The chiseled glass is worked with precision to evenly distribute the light. The gold metal part is decorated with elegant patterns inspired by antique friezes. The gold/brass metal parts are slightly patinated. 2 b22 sockets (bayonet LED bulbs are very easy to find). Circa 1950s - 1960s (60). Classic and timeless design. No label on the fixture.
