Pierre Guariche fireside chair for Airborne

Armchair by Pierre Guariche (1926-1995) for the publisher Airborne in the 1950s. Complete restoration by professional upholsterer: HR 35 foam, thick wadding. High-end cotton/linen fabric from the French brand Casamance in storm green color, inspired by the pattern and texture of tweed with its herringbone weave. Removable cover with upholstery. Structure in black lacquered round steel tube curved on the backrest. The structure is original with its patina of use. Excellent condition. Airborne sticker present on a tube under the seat.
