Antique beech desk, writing desk, or school desk, with storage compartment under the top, probably dating from the 1950s. Just taken out of the attic and cleaned, it is in perfect condition. The wood is healthy. The traces of time give it all its charm: some light traces of ink, paint, and rubbing. Its varnished color is clearly present on the entire piece of furniture. The piece of furniture is 100% original (screws, nails, hinges). Only the hook for hanging the bag may have been added. Very solid: I have just tested the seat and I can already guarantee that it supports a minimum of 84 kg! The dimensions are: Height to the compartment: 78 cm. Backrest height: 72 cm. Seat height: 45 cm. Width: 47 cm. Length: 92 cm. "Defects" to note: Worn round crossbar (rubbing of the feet see last photo) Remains of traces of glue in the bottom of the locker which was covered by cardboard that I removed).
