Casserole Doufeu Cousances

Doufeu casserole dish made by the Cousances-les-Forges foundry, founded in the 16th century and bought by Lecreuset in the 1960s. This is a model created in the 1930s, this is a 1950s/1960s manufacture . Casserole designed for long cooking over low heat, with a spiked lid which allows food to be watered by condensation during cooking, the phenomenon can be accentuated by putting cold water or ice cubes in the hollow on the top. It is in good condition.
