Mid Century Scandinavian Armchair, Sweeden, circa 1960

Original scandinavian armchair from the 1960's. Design in solid wood with original armrests turned in one piece in the shape of a boomerang. It is built with legs mounted diagonally on which the armrests are anchored and in turn on these, a comfortable upholstered backrest in the form of a trapezoid is fixed. The seat, also trapezoidal, is mounted on two bars that cross from the rear legs to the front. A piece of exquisite manufacture, which speaks once again of the good work of scandinavian designers and furniture stores of the mid-twentieth century. It is in good condition after being treated with danish oil and re-upholstered with burgundy and white herringbone fabric.
