Charming barbotine-style glazed earthenware plate, decorated with generous flowers in relief in deep colors: pink, burgundy and soft green foliage on an ivory background. A fine example of the decorative tableware in vogue between 1880 and 1900, in the spirit of the productions of Sarreguemines, Lunéville or Choisy-le-Roi. The barbotine work allows for a striking volume effect, each motif being hand-colored underglaze, which makes each plate unique. Hollow marking on the back: mold number, without stamp. Diameter 22 cm Good vintage condition, small discreet enamel chips and patina of use consistent with age. Perfect as a wall piece or in accumulation with other barbotines.
