Glass ewer or carafe from the saint prex glassworks in switzerland. This piece was intended to receive gold enamel, an innovative saint prex technique. Rare copy. Slight "fel" at the attachment of the handle to the spout of the carafe. This is quite common on this type of manufacturing, the defect being due to tensions internal to the glass. This is not a re-glue.
