The beni m'guild carpet comes from a large berber tribe that was previously called: the aït oumalou. These are thick carpets that have been designed to protect themselves from the harsh winters and cold climate of the moroccan middle atlas mountains. It is characterized by the use of a set of geometric patterns. There are tribal symbols woven on a colored base. It is the expression of the creativity of the berber woman transmitted in a carpet, combining all her intuitions as well as her skills and techniques that she acquired after many years of work in order to create such a precious masterpiece.
