Description
Voltaire armchair with rack, early 20th century, completely renovated. China in resources. Traditional renovation method, back and seat in stitched horsehair on springs, soft seat however. Cotton fabric cover printed with watercolor flowers from thevenon, pewter-colored nail finish. Walnut wood, stripped and waxed. Original front casters in wood and brass.
