Pair of Belle-Époque Brass Mirrors

Date: ca. 1900 a pair of oval mirrors in quite unique brass frames. The frame has several neoclassical / louis XVI motifs of which the laurel wreath and the ribbon which form the crest are the most important. The lower part of the frame is made up of beautifully executed flowers and leaves. The brass has been patinated and has a darker tone that tends towards a bronze color. Condition: very good. No damage. The lenses are perfect (probably replacements). There are hooks on the back and the previous owner added an extra wire hook which I left in place in case it came in handy. Dimensions: 42 cm high, 23 cm wide, 4 mm deep, 1.5 kg each.
