Vintage oak farmhouse stool Circa 50

Vintage stool around the 50s. It is a good size stool, made by a craftsman/carpenter, made of solid oak and native to the dordogne/périgord region in the south-west of the france. Very beautiful wood carving typical of the time at the corners of each foot (see photos). The piece has been preserved as close as possible to its original condition. The top was sanded and then waxed with natural beeswax to show its wonderful patina. The structure and feet have remained with the color in which they were made or repainted 'years ago. The color is a very light/pale gray. There are faded colors and crumpled paint sanded on the feet and footrest. The part was cleaned, brushed, treated and waxed. The stool is in good general condition of original and vintage with marks, signs of age of previous use on the general structure and tray (see photos). The stool has four footrests. The part is solid and stable. Beautiful accent piece for modern rustic, vintage, rustic or even contemporary décor.
