Gispen the Tumbler Art Deco Table Lamp

Very nice desk lamp called the tumbler ''de tuimelaar ''produced by. Daalderop, circa 1928 the design has been attributed to the influential. Dutch modernist w.h. Gispen. Its bell shaped shade can be positioned any way you like, for it is counter. Weighted by a heavy metal ball, the ball is something typical for early 20th. Century machine age design. Like a huge ball bearing interestingly the holder. Underneath is not attached to the lam.
