I'm parting ways with that old family buffet that's had a thousand lives. It is a beautiful solid and bright wooden piece that will find its place nicely in a french country house interior. It is in its juice, with many holes of twist (a piece of wood inside the nibbled left door, visible in the photos), the tray patinated by the dishes and glasses that have been placed on it in the past, the recalcitrant locks (2 original keys still available), and abrasions in places. It is very heavy! Pretty wooden molding above its doors and wooden structure on the tray that make all its character. It remains very strong and is ready to live another 100 years. I part with it because I already have his twin brother in my kitchen!.
