Beautiful earthenware milk jug from Gien, Valence model. This vintage model is well-known and is part of the iconic designs from the Gien pottery. The background is ivory, enhanced with a golden frieze, a green border, and a golden line. It is adorned with small motifs of flowers and foliage in gold, just the right amount, so the decoration is not overwhelming. This model is elegant, classic, tasteful, timeless, and will enhance your table during coffee or tea time. It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. The spout is completely undamaged, and even the golden border is intact. The handle is elegant, also adorned with an intact golden border. There are a few minimal signs of use, almost invisible, but this is normal given its age and does not detract from its beauty.
