J. MASSIER, Vallauris - Old enameled stoneware vase - 1930s-1940s

Rare old vase signed by the Jérôme MASSIER workshops in Vallauris, dating from the 1930s-1940s. In matt enameled stoneware with a raw appearance, the vase has a beautiful decoration of stylized leaves and insects in shades of green, on a light gray-beige background. The interior of the vase is glossy beige enameled. Perfect condition: the arrow shows a manufacturing enamel detail. Signature of the workshop hollowed out under the base. Height: 15 cm. Diameter: 16 cm. Weight: 740g.
