Rare ceiling light by Angelo Lelii for Arredoluce, designed in the 1950s. The chandelier consists of six hand-shaped brass leaves, each pierced with fine perforations to let light pass through in a subtle, scattered pattern. The rotating arms extend organically from a central stem and terminate in curled tips, giving the piece a sense of movement even when still. When lit, the pierced leaves cast small pinpoints of light across the ceiling and floor, creating an atmospheric glow. Original patina and signs of age are present, but the fixture is fully functional and complete. An expressive piece of postwar Italian lighting design.
