Authentic and signed old watercolor - circa 1950

Small ancient town and river in a French region. Good morning. I am offering an authentic watercolor from the middle of the 20th century signed Georges Rouault (1904-2002). This work in perfect condition has been formerly restored and completely cleaned. A wooden frame from the same period with golden foliage was then covered with a dark walnut husk, deliberately revealing some coppery traces on the foliage. This old watercolor represents a small town in France crossed by a river, and could perhaps be located in Morbihan in the west of France. It was mounted on thick cardboard. The watercolor was covered with an anti-UV satin varnish by a professional, the frame was also covered with an aging varnish. The set is ready to hang. Frame dimensions: 51 x 38 cm. Dimensions of the work: 38 X 27 cm. Estimate from a catawiki auctioneer: between 350 and 650 euros (see photo) The photos were taken in natural light except for the last photo.
