Superb antique pot in two-tone glazed stoneware, pottery "srd" glasgow. The initials stand for supply reserve depot: these large containers were used by the british army in 1940 to preserve rum. Witness of history, this ceramic is also very decorative, in a cottage spirit, to place in the kitchen, dining room or in vase with a simple pampas! In excellent condition, there are no accidents. Stamped under the foot and hollow marking at the bottom of the pot. Height: 33 cm. Diameter: 18 cm. Weight: 3.6 kg.
