The seven small pots are in perfect condition, no accidents, no cracks or splinters. The tray is almost perfect, it has some slight marks of use on the edge of the edge, and a lack of enamel also on the edge, due to wear. Also note a brilliance, always on the edge, of a few millimeters, and very shallow. The tray is enamelled on both sides. The pots are of great delicacy, and of beautiful workmanship, the slurry is fine, heavy and opulent. The small handle of the lid is an oak branch top, with three leaves and an acorn. The handle is a branch, terminated by two leaves that form attachment on the side of the pot, in its most ventruous part. The pots are in perfect condition inside, we can see in three of them very small dark particles in relief and which are taken in the enamel, certainly small defects of cooking. The whole is really very graceful, and we can imagine a whole bunch of uses for the table... Jars of jams for passing guests, mini pots for appetizers, containers for sauce, mayonnaise, parmesan, honey, etc... They date from the second half of the nineteenth century. In addition, there is a small additional lid at all, which can eventually be used as a backup if one of them were to be chipped. It is rare to find this type of set, complete. The tray is 28 cm in diameter, and 1 cm thick. The dimensions indicated in the advertisement are those of a small jar, including the lid.
