Vintage covered pot (or ginger pot) in Satsuma-style earthenware/porcelain. A beautiful decorative object with Asian inspiration, ideal for adding an elegant and retro touch to your interior. Very lovely animated scene depicting Geishas in colourful traditional kimonos (turquoise, red, blue) in a floral landscape. Rich golden highlights in slight relief (*moriage*) beautifully accentuate the patterns and catch the light. Satin cream/beige background. Dimensions: * Total height (with lid): 15 cm. * Maximum diameter: 13 cm. Red seal-style mark/signature present under the base. In very good overall vintage condition. No cracks or chips (see detailed photos). The interior is clean.
