Beautifully painted set of three japanese imari porcelain pieces made in the 1970s. The set consists of one octagonal ginger jar and two round vases. Each piece is decorated with a boasting design of a flower arrangement in an amphora vase. The signature colours of imari porcelain, namely blue, red and gold, are used in the design. Marked at the bottom "imari japan" and additionally by the japanese seal "eiwa kinsei" which translates to "respectfully made". Eiwa kinsei marks were mostly used on export ware dating from the 1950s and later. Dimensions of the ginger jar: Height: 25 cm with the lid, 17cm without the lid. Width: 13 cm. Dimensions of the vases: Height: 26 cm. Width: 12 cm. The pieces are in a perfect condition, without chips, cracks or scratches.
