Vintage breton navy

Lovely old breton print engraved with aquatint on paper lined with cardboard, signed in pencil lower right "a. Lafitte" for alphonse lafitte, pseudonym of manuel robbe 1872-1936 and numbered lower left 42/300. In its juice, it shows some traces of bites in the white parts of the paper, but none on the image. It represents a beautiful breton navy with two boats stranded on the beach. Nice use of aquatint colors and textures. This work will bring an iodized breath to your interior.
