Indochinese high saddle in carved wood with mythological theme

Beautiful pedestal table / high harness / potiche door / plant door in carved solid wood. The tripod base is composed of 3 dragon/demon heads. In the center, a dragon walks on clouds. He is surrounded by 3 small characters, the san xing ("the three stars"): fu (the star of happiness), lu (the star of prosperity) and shou (the star of longevity). Above, 4 elephants carry an octagonal tray. Former french indochina (vietnam), circa 1890. In very good condition. Height 117 cm. Diameter 56 cm.
