Asymmetrical Art Deco hairdresser

A true witness to the design of the Reconstruction (1945-1955), this piece combines retro elegance and functionality. Its "Popular Modernist" style is characterised by clean lines and a very original asymmetrical structure that allows it to easily fit into a bedroom, an entrance hall, or even serve as a small side desk. Features: Materials: Light oak veneer with very aesthetic "cathedral" grain. Design: Circular "psyche" mirror (original mounting), central low shelf, and rounded step on the right. Storage: A side column with a door (vertical storage) and two drawers at the bottom. Condition: The whole piece is in beautiful condition. The wood has a lovely natural patina. The mirror is original and shows signs of oxidation on the edges (pitting), which confirms its authenticity and vintage charm. Mirror diameter: 65.5 cm.
