Table lamp "Alcinoo" by Gae Aulenti for Artemide 1975 Italy

For sale a very rare and original table lamp "Alincoo" modernist of the middle of the century, designed by Gae Aulenti in 1975 for Artemide of Italy. This large space age table lamp in blown glass cage structure reinforced with metal can be used as a table lamp or as a streetlamp, beautifully defuses the light and makes all the difference. The lamp is in excellent condition, despite a certain loss of paint when the glass rests on the base and has a minor General wear suitable for age and prudent use. The three-bulb configuration is controlled singularly from an inline switch.
