Desk 'Z420': 160 cm x 80 cm

This Bauhaus desk 'Z420' by Artur Drozd joins the design language of the classical modern movement with the demands of a contemporary workplace. On a chrome steel tube frame in runner form rests a generous work surface of linoleum, 160 cm wide and 80 cm deep. A beech edge flanks the surface, setting a warm contrast to the cool linoleum top. A single drawer in veneered beech with a chrome handle sits under the top, mounted left or right as desired. The curved steel tube forms two symmetrical runners, making the desk appear optically light while anchoring it firmly. In a study, a home office or as an office desk, the piece fits equally well in older townhouses and modern interiors. This Bauhaus desk is crafted in Zeitwerk Home's own workshop in Berlin. Material, wood species, colour, dimensions and surface can be adapted to individual wishes. As an independent reinterpretation in the Bauhaus style, it is made with the finest materials and available as a new piece in excellent condition.
