Recycled vintage lamp — burgundy ceramic base, floral voile shade

A red burgundy glazed ceramic foot, with a shiny and deep glaze: this round and streamlined shape focuses entirely on colour, creating a look that is both understated and spectacular. In the workshop, this vintage foot has been completely refurbished and topped with a newly made bell-shaped lampshade, in transparent fabric printed with red roses, which subtly reveals the curve of the foot beneath. A double black and red trim highlights the top and bottom of the lampshade, for a neat and tailored finish. This interplay of transparency between the floral fabric and the intense red ceramic gives the lamp a look that is both romantic and theatrical.
