Japanese KDK fan, 12" TypeK, refurbished

A former iconic fan in japan, this 1923 kdk features a stunning art deco logo. In this rather rare model "k" of first generation, it is devoid of grip on the foot and its collar is made of steel (and not friable zamac). Body in cast iron and iron, blades in brass. It is complete, with a period tax lead. 110v 50/60hz. Fan rather intended for exhibition. Does not start without help and without transformer 220-240v to 110v. Option 1: japanese transport/storage/exhibition box in solid wood from paulownia, matt varnished. L40 X h47 X d29 cm, 2.03 kg. Option 2: transformer 220-240v -> 110v 50/60hz 300w.
