Set of 2 Royal Copenhagen trivets, Denmark, 1970s

Stunning set of two Baca series earthenware trivets or wall plates by Royal Copenhagen, model no. 635/1665, designed in the 1970s by Ellen Malmer. Each plate features an organic, textured botanical motif in warm ochre and brown tones, evoking a stylized dandelion flower. Their subtly raised glaze beautifully illustrates the craftsmanship and artistic sensibility of mid-century Scandinavian design. The plates bear the Royal Copenhagen mark on the base and have a small, discreet hole for wall hanging.
