Old Japanese picnic kit from the Meiji period

Antique Japanese picnic set from the Meiji period (1868-1912), including 10 small bento boxes plus 3 larger boxes. It is made of lacquered wood and gilded designs. It is in relatively good condition (see all photos for defects). The sliding panel which closes the box no longer holds because the wood has played with time, but you just need to put in a small batten. The signs written in red on the panel may indicate the name of the craftsman or the name of the owner.
