Old wooden scale

Original ladder, furniture of trade that was used not to rise in height but to carry heavy things like barrels, hay bales, etc... And that's called porting scale. It dates from the 40s. The wood has insect holes but has been extensively treated. The ends of this carrying ladder shape like handles for a good grip to be able to carry it. The tips on one side of the ladder are damaged, a little more eaten by insects and the fact that it had to be stored straight on wet ground. But nothing dramatic! One of the sides of the ladder was reinforced a long time ago by screws and bolts (see photos). It has 7 bars spaced about 10/11 cm apart. Total length 210 cm, width 63 cm, thickness 8 cm. The first bar is about 60 cm from the tip and this regardless of the end. To reinterpret in towel rack for example in a bathroom, in newspaper door in a living room or hung on the ceiling to hang kitchen utensils or simply leaning against a wall for a natural and authentic decoration.
