Lithograph by Jean Cocteau Souvenir of Villefranche, 20th century period.

Superb art lithograph after Jean Cocteau (1889 - 1963), depicting a stylised profile intertwined with arches of Villefranche-sur-Mer. The work includes a handwritten poetic text by the artist (see photos). Large quality art print made using traditional methods, see photo (complete absence of screen and mechanical pixelation). Offering a very soft, powdery ink rendering that respects the grain of the original drawing. Signature of Jean Cocteau at the bottom right. Wooden frame with a gold fillet. Very good condition, colours well preserved, hook available for hanging. Dimensions: 68cm wide and 53cm high. I remain at your disposal for any questions or additional photos.
