Pair of Bird by Bertoia armchairs + 1 footstool

Set of two Bird by Harry Bertoia armchairs and a matching footstool dating from the late 1960s. Set purchased new at that time from a designer furniture retailer in Bordeaux. Only one owner, they have never been resold Structure in chromed and polished steel wires. On one of the armchairs, a weld was consolidated (see detail photo). Apart from that, very good general condition. Light wear consistent with age and use. Patina ditto. The original covers, which were too dated, were replaced by white padded fabric “pads” (provided).
