Bamboo and rattan suspension, Louis Sognot

1960s rattan and bamboo suspension by Louis Sognot. The light fixture is distinguished by its curved rattan structure in the shape of a cage. Delicate, meticulous, and artisanal work with rattan and wicker intertwining around the elements that make up the suspension. The central lampshade, cylindrical in shape, retains its original fabric and diffuses a soft light. The suspension chain is also made up of links of curved rattan rings. In good condition, with very light signs of wear, and a lovely original patina. The lampshade is also in good condition, with a minor defect at the fabric joint. All details have been photographed.
