Turtle night light, patinated bronze and glass paste 1980

Charming little night light inspired by the art-nouveau creations of emile gallé, made in the 1980s. Important: The carapace was broken and glued back to its inner face at the back ( see photos ) I still offer this object for sale because the break is very little visible in this place (and the sale price takes into account this accident) For the rest the condition is excellent with a very neat finish, especially at the level of the glass paste, and a beautiful patina of bronze. Its weight is 1kg. It accommodates a spherical bulb e14 screw (not supplied) with a maximum power of 15 w - night light requires! ) The photo presented in function "lit" was taken with a 40 w bulb, hence a very bright effect that does not reflect the softness of this lighting under glass paste. The wire length is 1m40. Useful clarification: After the installation of the bulb, when putting the carapace back in place it is necessary to make sure to tighten strongly the two extendable clamps that attach it to its base and of course gently release them until they are positioned correctly. (a sudden release would inevitably cause a breakage of the edges of the carapace). Careful, followed and insured shipment via mondial relay for eligible countries, or colissimo, at your choice.
