Pair of Saturn armchairs by Geneviève Dangles and Christian Defrance.

Pair of Saturne 44 Armchairs designed by Geneviève Dangles and Christian Defrance and published by BUROV in 1957. This is a first edition. As you can see in the photos, these armchairs have been completely refurbished, with the structure re-glued and revised, and the upholstery and covering redone by a renowned upholsterer in Lelièvre Paris fabric. The fabric is off-white, the ring is covered in bouclette fabric, and the cushion is 11 cm thick velvet. Exceptional pieces ready for use. They are very comfortable.
