Faux bamboo shelf in wood turned nineteenth century

Original, wall shelf to hang but also to put with these pointed feet. In turned wood, imitation bamboo, nineteenth century, it is rather atypical with its many points and its false small wooden bell (back part of the damaged bell, your photos).
