Description
These two bookends were made by henri payen, they are in bronze with golden patina, they are decorated with fox. They do not bear a signature, but no doubt, it is indeed henri payen. The model is referenced. Henri payen is a french sculptor, active during the art deco period. He also created many car mascots. They bear two inscription points "bronze" on the leg and on one of the sides, they are very cubising, very 1930. The base is made of macassar ebony.
