Vintage Scandinavian Teak Armchair, Circa 60's

Vintage scandinavian style armchair, from the 1960s. The structure of the armchair is made of teak with a warm, rich and colorful finish. The very cool and ergonomic design of the overall structure, has clean and elegant lines. It rests on compass feet and has tapered armrests that widen in their center, curve slightly upwards and end with rounded edges. The backrest attaches to the back of the frame and is of a good height (see photos). The backrest and seat cushion have been professionally padded with a new ecru/eggshell fabric, made of 55% natural cotton, and 45% linen (see photos.) both also have a new high-strength foam 10 cm thick. The original seat straps have been replaced with new hemp straps, which slide and hang easily (see photos.) the piece is in very good condition, original and vintage with slight traces and marks of previous use proportionate to time, as well as the patina of time on the structure, armrests and feet (see photos.) it is solid, stable, practical, comfortable and will look great in any setting.
