Sputnik chandelier by Kaiser Leuchten in brass and metal with 6 opaline bulbs, Germany, 1970s.

Sputnik chandelier by Kaiser Leuchten in brass and metal with 6 opaline bulbs, Germany, 1970s. Fantastic combination of materials, colors, and shapes. The strong contrast between the brass and white metal gives this chandelier a luxurious yet kitsch appearance. As if two hydrogen molecules had escaped. Clean and sleek when off, but warm and vibrant when lit. The 6 bulbs provide plenty of light, but they can of course be dimmed if you find it too bright. The height is adjustable (at least the rod), so if it’s too long, please let us know and we will shorten it. The height of the base (without the rod) is 38 cm. Dimensions. Height: 88 cm.
