Sewing table made by BR Gelsted in Denmark around 1960. Crafted from high-quality rosewood in a beautiful warm brown colour. The sewing basket located underneath is made of rattan, which perfectly complements the wooden structure of the piece and creates a harmonious style. The drawer opens smoothly to reveal a spacious storage area for sewing supplies. The table rests on wheels for easy movement. A wonderful find of Scandinavian design. It remains in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
