Barrel Armchairs Frank Lloyd Wright

Frank lloyd wright's "barrel chair" was designed in 1937 based on a 1904 drawing. This piece is a reissue produced by cassina. The body of the piece is in cherry wood, the seat is covered in red fabric, based on the original tapestry of the piece. Simple in its form but sophisticated in its construction, this barrel-shaped armchair is made up of 37 parts. The joints are all carved from the wood, all details are handmade. Armchair in very good general condition, some superficial scratches.
